Ingredients

2 lb beef tri tip or flank steak
¾ c Suzie’s soy sauce
2.25 t Jacobsen’s salt
1 t black pepper
1 t Beaver Dijon mustard
½ c lemon juice
1 T fresh parsley, chopped
3 cloves crushed garlic
¼ c red wine vinegar
2T Portland Worcestershire
Market Mac and Cheese
Grilled vegetables as desired

Steps

  1. Combine all and submerge beef in a plastic bag or airtight container. Marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Transfer mac and cheese in a cast iron skillet; place on back of grill, heat to 165F 15-20 min.
  3. Preheat the grill. Remove beef from marinade and grill 10 minutes on each side to 135F internal temp for medium rare to medium. Move beef to indirect heat on the grill and cover if cooking too quickly.
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain (cut very long, thin slices for best tender cuts). Serve immediately.
